Customer Service Team
Based in Chicago, IL and West Point, VA, our Customer Service Team is responsible for the care of our containerboard and kraft paper customers. Our one-point-of-contact approach allows each customer to deal with one knowledgeable representative for all of their needs, and allows us to handle customer requirements in a proactive, efficient manner.
The Board Sales Customer Service Team has over 117 years of experience and industry knowledge available to our customers during normal business hours. Order status and claims submission are available on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
