Technical Services
The Board Sales Technical Service team offers a variety of services in support of the operational needs of our customers, that include:
- Technical Support - On-site assistance with corrugating and printing issues, paper grade selections or increasing production efficiencies using Smurfit-Stone products
- Education – Proactive consulting services consisting of in-plant audits, hands-on training and modular seminars related to corrugating and printing
- Product Testing – Laboratory testing designed to improve current products and develop new products in support of customers’ needs
- Claims Processing – On-line claims submission, tracking and resolution through a centralized claims center
- Technical Bulletins – Period technical updates providing valuable insights and tips on topics related to corrugating, printing and paper specifications
