Smurfit-Stone Medium

This is specified to meet the strength and runnability demands necessary for high- speed corrugators. Our corrugating medium is produced with recycled fiber alone or a blend of recycled and virgin fiber to meet waste requirements. Available in basis weights of 23, 26, 30, 33, 36, 40 and 45 (lbs/ mf).

• Wet Strength- delivers excellent strength retention under wet conditions. Wet strength is ideal for use in packaging exposed to extremes in transport or storage, such as packaging used for poultry and fruit, or goods transported with ice packs.
