When an employee of your company registers, he/she will be assigned a unique User ID and password, which will be required in order to access the secured area of our web site. He/she will have the ability to change their password (but not the User ID) at any time. If your registered employee uses this site, you agree that you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and his/her password and for restricting access to same, and you further agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or your employees’ passwords.You agree that the User ID and password are for your Company’s use only, and you will not permit others to use your User ID and/or password without our prior written consent.You may not transfer your User ID to any other third party.
